Seven Year Cycle

I really enjoyed this information.

It gave a different perspective to age and development than anything I've heard or read but it made sense to me.

I feel like I've got the opportunity to change on many levels and it made me realise the impact I as an individual have on the earth.

I feel like I am important enough to make a difference.

After doing the exercises for the Seven Year Cycle I learnt a lot about my own upbringing and how I can now be a better parent - able to parent my children through these different life cycles.

I've always been interested in development and as I look at my children now I can see that each seven year cycle has brought major changes.

It has made me more aware of being there for my children in the future and helping them through any issues that may arise.
